If you're paying attention, you'll notice I re-published a handful of songs from over the years. Don't mind these; I just did that because those uploads were NG-exclusives and I got a request from someone to listen to my whole discography, so I needed those available for them to listen. I'll probably leave most of those up, but some of them will be taken down in the near future.

Firstly, I'd like to announce that I have a new 4 song EP on the way! "Will To Riff" will be released under Slumbo Labs (an offshoot of Sony Records) on October 4th, 2022, and is oriented around electronic fusions with rock and metal. The first song in the EP, "Attack", will have its full version released as a single on September 20th, with its radio edit being the version that appears on the EP.

Regarding the EP, I'm toying with the idea of a remix EP (a la Dracoflame's "Rebound EP: The Remixes"). So I'm making a small server for anyone who's interested in remixing a song for the EP. If I get at least 5 remixers, I'll move forward with the remix EP. Previews of each song on the EP will be put in #announcements for the linked server so you can decide if you're interested in any of them.

Linked in this message is a questionnaire of sorts, on which you can choose 3 songs of mine from 2018 or 2019 (all other years are omitted for reasons explained on the form) that you would like to see redone, as well as what genre you'd like to see the remake done in (this last part is ultimately my choice, but if the requested genres are reasonable enough, I will take them; this said, maybe don't ask me to turn a house song into a DnB song). The 3 most requested songs will all be given a V2 or 2.0 by the end of this year.

Starting today, I'm rebranding all of my platforms, because the excessive complexity of my name is hurting the brand. From here on out, all of my platforms will go by the name "Lycan" or something to that effect. Wasn't an easy call for me, ditching the name, but it needed to be done.

This album features no shortage of tracks that those who have heard previews have gone so far as to describe as "immersive", be they for the hard-hitting, bassy techno and dubstep tracks or for the beauty and emotion of the slower, more ambient works. So, for those unaware, I entered into the NGUAC 2020 music competition on Newgrounds, which is a competition for smaller artists. Kinda helps get their name out there.

Anyway, round 1 results came out today, and to my surprise, I made it through round 1, avoiding being part of the half of the competition that was eliminated. :)

There was a total of 444 contestants at the start, and now I move on to round 2 with the other 221 who passed. Very excited, and I'll update you all at the end of round 2! Stay tuned for my next song, which will be my Round 2 submission! 😁
